Selepas mesyuarat pada 6 Oktober 2012 lepas, kita telah mengambil tindakan dengan menghantar surat kepada Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan untuk mendapatkan perhatian dan tindakan daripada pihak kerajaan terhadap masalah di Pangsapuri Seroja. Surat telah dihantar kepada En Mohd Nasrul bin Mehat ia.
